Welcome to Quality Week 2026

Here you will find all of the Quality Week 2026 activities and answer forms.

Quality Week is an annual KAEFER global initiative that gives us all an opportunity to focus on how we deliver products and services for our clients, at the same time becoming more familiar with KAEFER UK & Ireland’s Quality arrangements.

This year we have created several activities that we hope will be fun while promoting and reinforcing important Quality messages.

Please encourage engagement and participation across all levels of the company – there are prizes to be won!

We hope you enjoy Quality Week 2026!

Activities

Activity 1 – Name the Sidekick

We are introducing two characters – a Quality Hero ‘KOALATY’ and a Quality Villain ‘THE NON-CONFORMER’. But as we all know, every hero needs a sidekick, so we have created one of those too! Trouble is – the sidekick needs a name…

Activity 1 is simple: best name submitted wins a prize!

Activity 3 – Create a caption for our Cartoon scene

Featuring our new characters, we have created a cartoon scene. All we ask is that you put a caption to it.  It can have a serious or humorous message. Best caption wins a prize!

Activity 2 – The Pitch Pit

The ‘PITCH PIT’ is a straightforward survey. Just vote for the most convincing, important or compelling ‘PITCH’. The pitch that receives the most votes will form part of our department’s ongoing strategy.

Activity 4 – Spot The Non-Conformer (and the non-conformances)

In true ‘Where’s Wally’ style, and again featuring our newly introduced characters, can you spot ‘THE NON-CONFORMER’ in our busy KAEFER work scene?

In addition, can you also spot the non-conformances that he has already had a hand in creating? The winner will be randomly selected from all of the correct submissions!
