ABOUT THE POSITION
The main purpose of the role is to lead the development and delivery of resourcing strategies and solutions that support KAEFER UK & Ireland business. To work closely with HR colleagues and recruiting managers to ensure the provision in start to end recruitment services. Have a proactive approach to sourcing the best candidates for the roles whilst keeping business costs within budget.
Main responsibilities include:
- Liaise with operations and HR Business Partners to understand key resource requirement to ensure the development of resourcing strategies that meet both current and future business needs
- Devising and implementing recruitment plans, campaigns and activities within agreed deadlines ensuring that recruiting managers are consulted with and informed throughout the process
- Acting as the recruitment subject matter expert on employee resourcing strategies to provide innovative, cost effective and timely solutions
- Managing and developing recruitment process ensuring that all recruitment is in line with Company Procedure, coaching and advising managers in the implementation of robust recruitment and selection processes
- Appointing and working with 3rdparty providers for the management of recruitment and the supply of interim or permanent appointments
- Overseeing the use of internal and external job advertisements to ensure the information provided is accurate
- Supporting recruiting managers with recruitment requirements, attending interviews as required
- Become the equality, diversity and inclusion champion for the business, ensuring recruiting managers are aware on issues related to diversity and inclusion to promote equality within the business
- Develop own resourcing strategy on recruitment, attraction and mobilisation plans
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Experience of;
- High-volumed, short-term recruitment
- Industrial Service/ Contracting environment
Skills;
- Strong communicator and able to build relationships
- Able to work autonomously and manage own workloads
- Influencing and negotiation techniques
- Strong decision making skills
- Build confidence and respect from recruiting manager and HR Team
Knowledge;
- Understanding on diversity and equality
- PC, including all Office applications specifically: PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Outlook, Time management and HR systems
