KAEFER UK & Ireland has been awarded the Skills Builder Partnership Bronze Excellence Mark. Recognising the progress we’ve made in embedding the Essential Skills Framework across our organisation – and the collective effort behind it.

What are the Essential Skills?

Essential Skills are the core skills that help us to work effectively, whatever our role or location. They include:

What is the Excellence Mark?

The Skills Builder Excellence Mark is awarded to organisations demonstrating best practice in developing and embedding these skills across their workforce.

The assessment is based on 27 indicators across:
