A Mental Health MOT
Mental health isn’t about waiting for a breakdown – it’s about knowing what the early signals mean. This practical webinar introduces a simple, relatable way to check in with your mental wellbeing, using the idea of a car dashboard and everyday “fuel” choices.
We’ll explore how your energy, emotions and pace show up, introduce the PLANS model, and focus on small, realistic actions that help you stay balanced and road‑ready at work and beyond.

A Convo with Mental Health Champions
Reaching out for support can feel like the hardest step – even when we know help is available.
In this panel discussion, members of our Mental Health Champion network come together to talk openly about their role, what colleagues can expect from a conversation, and how Champions support awareness and early intervention across the organisation.
This session offers the opportunity to hear real perspectives and better understand how Mental Health Champions can be a supportive presence on the wellbeing journey.
