Following the launch of our HSE Strategy in April, we are pleased to announce the upcoming rollout of a key initiative that reinforces our ongoing commitment to safety – the KAEFER UK & Ireland Safety Culture Programme. 

At KAEFER, the safety and well-being of our people remain our highest priority. This programme is more than just a compliance measure – it’s about looking out for one another, making safe choices, and ensuring every colleague returns home safely at the end of each day.

Built around our core values of Reliability, Ambition, Respect, and team Spirit, the Safety Culture Programme is designed to further strengthen our safety culture through challenging some common attitudes towards risk that we often develop without even noticing. The sessions will be engaging and fun whilst covering very serious and important content.

• Session Duration:
  1. Managers & Supervisors will complete a 6-hour course
  2. All other employees will complete a 3-hour course
• Delivery:
  The sessions will be delivered by an external partner and conducted in a classroom setting – either on or off site, depending on available facilities at each location. We intend the sessions to be an enjoyable experience whilst covering serious content.
• Group Size:
  Up to 15 participants per session

We aim to begin training in July. Official invitations and a detailed schedule will be shared soon.
