KAEFER Supports National Careers Day at Rivermead Stoke

In March, Gary Hewitt and Tom Harwood took part in National Careers Day at Rivermead Stoke, engaging students and sharing insights into future career opportunities.

Rivermead Stoke, part of Rivermead Inclusive Trust, supports students from Years 7 to 11, including those with autism. The event brought together a range of organisations to inspire students and give them a real feel for the world of work.

Gary and Tom introduced KAEFER’s work, shared their career journeys, and showcased roles, skills, and pathways within the industry.

Reflecting on the day, Gary said how it highlighted:

“The importance of supporting local events and hep with any guidance that we may be able to offer.”

The school shared positive feedback:

“A massive thank you for attending our careers day today, our learners loved learning about different jobs and it was great to have you with us. Thank you for supporting Rivermead.”

KAEFER’s involvement reinforces our commitment to supporting communities, inspiring the next generation, and promoting inclusive career opportunities.

Thank you to Gary and Tom for representing KAEFER and engaging with future talent!
