KAEFER team at GSK Irvine wins 5S Award again!
We are delighted to announce that our team at GSK Irvine has once again won the 5S Award for 2025.
The five contractors on site are monitored throughout the year, with their performance against 5S procedures assessed daily across all five categories: Sort, Store, Shine, Standardise and Sustain.
I'm extremely proud of the team and all their hard work throughout what has been a tough year - getting this award make all worthwhile. I want to keep the momentum into the New Year and see us win this award again next year.
This is Stuart’s first win as Site Manager but the team has won this award three times now since 2022 – what an achievement!
This is testament to the team's dedication towards lean, particularly against some very competitive challenges.
