KAEFER UK & Ireland Finalists at North East HR&D Awards 2026

Returning for its 18th year, the North East HR&D Awards showcase and celebrate the best achievements across the region’s HR and learning and development community. This year marks KAEFER UK & Ireland’s second consecutive year being shortlisted, a fantastic achievement that highlights the company’s investment in developing future talent.

The shortlisting shows our continuous commitment to creating opportunities through our earn-and-learn careers, keeping to the target of more than 5% of colleagues being in apprenticeship pathways, alongside delivering high-quality programmes and building strong industry partnerships.

A huge congratulations goes to the People & Development and HR team for achieving this well-deserved recognition, and good luck for the awards ceremony.
