Our Safety Culture Programme! It’s here…

At KAEFER, the safety and well-being of our people remain our highest priority. This programme is more than just a compliance measure – it’s about looking out for one another, making safe choices, and ensuring every colleague returns home safely at the end of each day. 

Thanks to the valuable feedback from our trial sessions, this programme is engaging and fun whilst covering very serious and important content. 

Built around our core values of Reliability, Ambition, Respect, and team Spirit, the Safety Culture Programme is designed to further strengthen our safety culture through challenging some common attitudes towards risk that we often develop without even noticing. 

• Session Duration:
  • Managers & Supervisors will complete a 6-hour course
  • All other employees will complete a 3-hour course

• Delivery:
  • The sessions will be delivered by an external partner and conducted in a classroom setting – either on or off site, depending on available facilities at each location. We intend the sessions to be an enjoyable experience whilst covering serious content.

•  Group Size:
  • Up to 15 participants per session
