Safety Week 2026!
This year’s Safety Week challenged us to focus on how we think, act, and look out for one another. Every action we take, whether we’re at the workface, in the office, or supporting operations – has an impact. By choosing to speak up, intervene, and lead by example, we protect not only ourselves and our colleagues, but also the people and moments that matter most in our lives.
We had lots of activities to take part in, information to absorb and videos to watch – plus prizes to be won!

Activity Winners Announced!
During Safety Week we had two activities with prizes up for grabs and we are pleased to announce the winners as follows:
The Hazard Spotting Challenge:
Lee Coates and Nicoleta‑Christina Perju at Plymouth are recognised for their exemplary control measures identified during confined space hot work activities.
Connor Hawkins at Lienhetech is acknowledged for proactively identifying unforeseen hazards during rope access activities.
Ryan McIlorum at P66 is recognised for ensuring that all controls for SIMOP activities were thoroughly established and effective prior to commencing work.
The Not-So-Boring Office Quiz:
James Lethbridge has been recognised as the winner of the office quiz for identifying the most unforeseen hazard, presented with a light-hearted twist while ensuring that appropriate controls are in place.
