We are pleased to launch our updated Code of Business Conduct.

At KAEFER, each of us represents the organisation and our Code guides our actions by defining the ethical and behavioural principles we follow in our daily work. It is our collective responsibility to live by and communicate these principles, because only by leading by example can we maintain the high standards we have set for ourselves.

Our Code has been updated both in content and design to make it more appealing to read, easier to understand and full of practical examples from the workplace. It is a tool for all of us – to help us make confident and informed decisions, navigate ethical dilemmas and uphold our core values.
