We are delighted to announce the Apprentice and Trainee of the Month winners for March 2025!

March’s Apprentice of the Month is Scaffolding Apprentice Michael Beddard!

Michael won for being dependable, keen to learn, and a strong team player with great potential for growth. HIs most demonstrated KAEFER Value was Ambition.

Michael’s line manager Matthew Lovatt said: “Michael is very reliable and very keen to learn his new trade. He works very well within his team and always want to be involved. he looks like he will progress very well within the company.”

March’s Trainee of the Month is Painting Trainee Talen Hayward!

Talan won for his ambition, drive to grow with KAEFER, and the value he brings to the South Hook LNG team. His most demonstrated KAEFER value was Ambition.

Talen’s line manager Andy Conway said: “Talan has come into the industry with ambition and demonstrated a desire to grow with KAEFER. He has been and continues to be an asset to the team on South Hook LNG.”
