Thank you to those who attended webinars, shared posters and contributed feedback during our drop-in sessions. Your openness, insight, and collaboration has made this successful. 

As a reflection of our collaborative efforts, here are some key statistics we’ve been tracking over the past few weeks:

• 165 online webinar attendees over 4 sessions
• 95 online drop in attendees over 6 sessions
• 250 in person attendees over 3 sessions at HPC  
• 2600 booklets sent to home addresses
• 90% of colleagues successfully logged into MyPeopleHub to view payslips when first issued
• 200 colleagues have updated their home address or emergency contact details using the new self-service functionality. 

While we may not have captured every meeting across our sites, we’ve certainly heard about the incredible efforts you’ve made to support our colleagues. We’re extremely grateful to each of you who have truly embodied our team spirit value, especially over these past few days. Your commitment and collaboration have not gone unnoticed.

We will continue to focus on evolving and educating our colleagues on MyPeopleHub , directly communicating with our colleagues and encouraging engagement with the system.  

We know we have lessons to learn through this implementation and we will be seeking feedback on the experience and how we can improve as a team and department to enhance our service delivery. I would ask you to take the time to complete the feedback requests when we issue them.  

With the successful launch of MyPeopleHub via SuccessFactors, we now have Employee Central and Payroll fully operational across the UK and Ireland. This represents not only a significant technical milestone, but a moment to recognise how we’ve delivered it – anchored in our KAEFER values. Over the past few weeks, we’ve communicated with clarity, acted with reliability, and shown real team spirit and mutual respect in how we’ve worked together.

With these strong foundations now in place, we can look to the future with ambition and confidence as we continue to evolve and enhance our people systems.

This is just the beginning, we’re already working on system enhancements, with more exciting updates coming soon including:

• A new recruitment system which will be piloted in 2025, marking a key step in eliminating paper-based processes and delivering a more efficient, integrated approach to hiring. This system is designed to provide candidates with a positive and engaging experience, while also enabling us to proactively attract talent for future opportunities, particularly in roles that have historically been challenging to fill.
• A digital absence management solution, with the ambition to launch in early 2026. This will streamline processes, reduce manual input, and improve the overall employee and manager experience in managing leave and sickness.
• Pension auto-enrolment, a legislative need where all colleagues not in a pension are periodically re-enrolled. 
• Payrolling P11d and benefits, a legislative change that we hope to bring in 1 year earlier with a better colleague experience. 

There are many more developments in the pipeline, but one thing remains constant: our unwavering commitment to putting our people first, continually refining the way we work, and building systems that empower and support everyone across the business.
