Apprentice of the Month goes to Scaffolding Apprentice Joshua Roberts!

Joshua has won demonstrating our company value Respect! 

Josh’s line manager Nick Benson said: “Joshua started his apprentice with KAEFER early last year and he has just completed his part 1 scaffolding course. His attitude, respect, reliability & team spirit is exemplary. He always gets involved, asking questions in pre job briefs and TBT’s, and has demonstrating a positive approach to safety on site.  Josh is keen to learn from the experienced members of the team and no job is considered a chore. Josh’s time keeping has been exemplary and he is keen to offer support during client demands on site.”

Trainee of the Month goes to another Scaffolder, Vincent Connell!

Gordon Allison said about Vincent: “Vincent Connell has taken to scaffolding like a duck to water. Both KAEFER & client management/supervisors have commented on his abilities and willingness to learn.

Vincent is a key member of his squad working on an extremely fast paced site. Vincent continues his training path with enthusiasm to achieve his end goal of becoming a fully qualified Part 2 Scaffolder.”
