SOR of the Month | June’s Winner is Ryan Bass

Ryan Bass, a KAEFER Scaffold Coordinator, said in his report:

The client requested the installation of a cantilever scaffold in close proximity to live 440-volt electrical boxes and cables, posing a potential arc flash hazard. In response to Ryan raises his concerns, the proposed task was thoroughly reviewed – including an on site visit conducted by the Scaffold Supervisor, Scaffold Coordinator, HSE Advisor, and the Client – to make the work area safe before works began.
