Apprentice Evening Success at Phillips 66

Earlier in the week, our client, Phillips 66, opened their doors for an Apprenticeship Taster Evening – and what an event it was! Over 250 students came along to learn more about the wide range of trades and career paths available across the site.

We were proud to be invited to take part, joining forces with our training provider SIMIAN, to showcase the apprenticeship opportunities available here at KAEFER UK & Ireland.

Representing the #KAEFERTeam were HSE Manager, Alec Hotchin, and Scaffolding Apprentices Brooke and Declan Dennis. Alec shared insights from his own career journey – starting out as a scaffolder before progressing into health and safety – while Brooke and Declan talked about their experiences working and learning on a live site.

It was a brilliant opportunity to meet so many enthusiastic young people and talk about what a career in our industry can offer. A big thank you to Phillips 66 for hosting such an inspiring evening.
