Our Apprentice and Trainee of the month awards are given to those who demonstrate KAEFER’s values (Reliability, Ambition, Respect and Team Spirit) through their commitment, behaviours, and contribution to their teams.

March 2026

Josh Roberts – Scaffolding Apprenticeship

Value demonstrated: Team Spirit

Josh’s manager, Ben Wake, said:

“Josh is an excellent addition to our site team. He is a pleasure to be around and gets on well with everyone on site, both clients and colleagues. Josh goes about his day with a smile on his face and brings an uplifting, positive attitude to work each day.”

Jamie’s manager, Tony Riley, said:

“Jamie is a third-year apprentice. His attitudes and behaviours align with all of our values, but I can only select one.”

Gary Ferguson – TIE Apprenticeship

“Gary demonstrates all of the above values. I was asked to nominate Gary by his journeyman, who highlighted his reliability, attitude, willingness to learn, and doing the right thing. He is a great ambassador for my team and for KAEFER.”

Angelica Richardson – Project Controls Apprenticeship

“Since joining the business last year, Angelica has been a pleasure to work with and has absorbed all of the new tasks she has been given. She only needs to be shown what is required once and has already started using her own initiative to take tasks to the next level.”

Cameron Douglas – Finance Apprenticeship

“Cameron is coming to the end of four years of study as an apprentice, successfully passing his end point assessment and discussion first time. This shows the hard work and dedication he has put in. He has become a reliable, trustworthy member of the finance team who is always willing to help colleagues and get involved with new challenges.”
