At KAEFER UK & Ireland we are committed to the development of our apprentices and trainees across the business. We carefully select the most appropriate training for our apprentices and trainees which develop the skills required in a nurturing and learner-centred environment. Our apprentices are able to combine structured learning with working on some of the UK’s most interesting and complex projects, while working alongside experienced professionals.
This approach helps not only build technical expertise, but all-round confidence in the individual and a feeling of contribution and acceleration of learning.
In 2025, for the fourth consecutive year, KAEFER UK & Ireland was recognised by The 5% Club with its Gold Award. This achievement demonstrates our ongoing commitment to developing talent and equipping young people with the skills they need to succeed by ensuring that at least 5% of our workforce is employed in earn-and-learn roles.
