Jade Aldred Achieves Transport Manager CPC Qualification
We’re proud to share that Jade Aldred, Transport Supervisor at KAEFER UK & Ireland, has successfully passed her Transport Manager CPC!
Jade completed the qualification through an apprenticeship programme through Logistics UK, spanning 13 months of study followed by a 3-month end-point assessment.
Jade described the achievement as a significant personal milestone. “It’s something I never imagined I would achieve,” she said. “I’m incredibly proud of this achievement and it’s given me confidence in my abilities.” She added that professionally, the CPC has strengthened her understanding of transport compliance and operations, helping her grow into her role with more confidence and responsibility.

Explaining her motivation, Jade said: “I wanted to progress in my role and within the company… it gave me the chance to grow professionally.” With colleagues in her department already holding the qualification, she was keen to build her knowledge and develop further.
Balancing work, study, and personal commitments proved demanding, with exam pressure adding to the challenge. “The most challenging part… was managing exam nerves, balancing work and personal life and finding the time to revise,” Jade explained. Despite this, she says the experience helped her develop resilience, confidence, and leadership skills.
Jade thanked her mentors at Logistics UK for their support throughout the apprenticeship, saying they were “absolutely fantastic and a huge help.” She also said the support of colleagues across KAEFER, who shared their expertise across areas including health and safety, HR, finance, and quality.
Jade gave some words of advice for those doing a similar qualification: “Even if you think you can’t do it, just give it a try… you never know what you’re capable of until you start.”
Congratulations to Jade! This well-deserved achievement is a fantastic reflection of her hard work and determination, and highlights KAEFER’s commitment to supporting professional development and investing in its people.
