This week is KAEFER Quality Week 2023, where we share insights and best practices across our global network, learning from each other and continuously improving by setting and exceeding the highest standards.

KAEFER Quality Week 2023 is a global initiative for all of KAEFER’s 30,000+ employees. KAEFER defines quality as the application of standards, processes, and procedures to deliver a compliant service or product which is right first time. Standards, processes, and procedures give us a structure to follow by providing clear instructions and guidance.

When we tell our customers that they can count on us, they know that the KAEFER team will deliver a Quality product or service.

To support KAEFER team’s work across the world we have three KAEFER Quality guiding principles: Quality Awareness, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control.
