KAEFER UK & Ireland proudly announce the appointment of Phillipa Recchia as the new HSE Director. With over 20 years of extensive experience in construction and industrial services, Phillipa brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her new role.

Chris Foulkes, CEO of KAEFER UK & Ireland, extends a warm welcome to Phillipa, stating:

Phillipa has over 20 years’ experience within the construction and industrial services industries, and has a strong background in behavioural safety, environmental sustainability, and compliance. Phillipa is skilled in Occupational Health, Safety Management, Construction, Contract Management, and Hazard Analysis, and will be a strong addition to the Executive Leadership Team.

Phillipa’s career is marked by notable achievements and commitments to excellence in Health and Safety management. She holds degrees in NEBOSH, MSc Civil Engineering, MSc Management & Systems, and Environmental Studies, underpinning her qualifications for this pivotal role.  

Having previously served at KAEFER from 2002 to 2012, Phillipa’s return underscores her dedication to fostering a culture of collaboration and success within the organisation.  

Expressing her enthusiasm for joining KAEFER UK & Ireland, Phillipa remarked, ‘I am excited to be back in the KAEFER ‘family’ and look forward to building on strong foundations to further develop our HSE culture, wellbeing and working environment’.  Reflecting a commitment to driving forward KAEFER’s HSE agenda and fostering a safe and sustainable workplace for all.
