Week 4 and the last week of KAEFER’s 12 days of Christmas! Here’s a look back at this week:

Day Ten: Mental Wellbeing Initiatives

From site-based initiatives to company-wide campaigns, 2025 has been a year of listening, supporting, and showing up for one another.

💬 All Ears – Started by KAEFER employees working on Phillips 66 in Humberside, All Ears was honoured with a Special Recognition Award at the 2024 P66 Contractor of the Year Awards. While the team accepted it with gratitude, they remain grounded in their mission: to be there, to listen, and to help.

🧠 Mental Health Champions – This year we trained 30 employees to become Mental Health Champions, taking the total number of trained champions at KAEFER UK & Ireland to 142. These individuals are now equipped to offer meaningful, informed support to anyone who needs it.

🤝 Safe Spaces – This World Mental Health Day we saw hundreds of colleagues step forward to say: “If you need someone to talk to, I’m here.”
Our Safe Spaces campaign has helped break down barriers and create an environment where asking for help is encouraged.

📞 Employee Assistance Programme – And through it all, our EAP (provided by Health Hero) remains available to our employees and their dependents – providing confidential support anytime, anywhere.
